ZID Hosts Workshop for ACZ Customer Service Staff

Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) conducted a one-day workshop at Robert Mugabe International Airport, Harare, tailored for the customer service staff of the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (ACZ). This training focused on enhancing protocol, professionalism, diplomatic skills, and etiquette in interactions with customers.The workshop emphasized the importance of diplomatic practices in delivering superior customer service. Key topics included protocol for introductions, seating arrangements, and managing international travel with finesse. Participants also received guidance on professional grooming, business etiquette, and maintaining high standards of personal and professional hygiene.

The workshop aimed to equip ACZ staff with advanced diplomatic and etiquette skills, supporting Zimbabwe’s growing reputation in the global aviation industry. The training session was facilitated by Mr. V.A. Chikanda, Chairperson of the ZID.
