Solidarity Message on the Occasion of the 25th Commemoration of the Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda 

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy commemorates the sad chapter of humanity with regards to the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. As we commemorate this day the international community should redouble its efforts to establish permanent frameworks to prevent recurrence of such heinous crimes. The Rwandese experience should teach Africa and the rest of the world, the rhythm of Peace, harmony, development and cultural diversity. We believe diplomacy should always pave a way for peace and tranquility in the contemporary world. We wish the people of the Republic of Rwanda peace, prosperity and eternal unity.
