LORIMAK AFRICA RECEIVES TRAINING ON PROTOCOL, BUSINESS ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL BRANDING WORKSHOP

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy conducted training on Business Protocol, Business Etiquette and Professional Branding for Lorimak Africa, a recruitment service organization. The One-day coaching on Business and Corporate Protocol, Business Etiquette, Corporate Grooming and Professional Branding covered practical subjects of Business Protocol, forms of address, acceptable codes of decorum, protocol of handling VIPs, how to be a lady/ gentlemen in business, professional attire, business card etiquette, boardroom etiquette, dining etiquette, perfect posture and professional branding. The program also dove into practical’s which included seating arrangements, signing protocols, flag protocols, perfect posture, appropriate business handshakes, dining etiquettes and much more. The workshop was a capacity development programme designed to build and enhance the effectiveness of Lorimak staff.
