The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) successfully delivered a One-Day Executive Workshop in Diplomacy, Protocol, Etiquette and Professional Representation for Board Members and Company Secretaries of NBS and Lenderspark Finance (Pvt) Ltd.
The workshop was designed to strengthen the capacity of senior leadership to operate effectively within high-level corporate, governmental and stakeholder environments. In today’s complex governance landscape, leadership roles increasingly require not only technical expertise, but also the ability to engage with professionalism, cultural intelligence and diplomatic precision.
The training covered key areas including diplomacy and strategic representation, executive presence, professional grooming and deportment, as well as personal affection, protocol in high-level engagements, executive etiquette, business dining etiquette, effectiveness and branding.
Participants were equipped with practical skills to:

- Apply correct protocol and etiquette in formal settings
- Exhibit improved executive presence, grooming and deportment
