BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, PROTOCOL AND PROFESSIONAL GROOMING WORKSHOP FOR THE PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF ZIMBABWE (PRAZ).

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy has started its face to face training workshops in the wake up to the easing by Government of COVID19 restrictions on face-to-face classes. Pioneers in the resumption were the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) which went through a customer service implementation tools workshop covering Corporate, Business and Social Protocol, Grooming, Deportment, Professionalism, Image and Self projection; Corporate, Business, Social Etiquettes and Dining Etiquette. The group also went through Personal and Professional Branding which saw everyone showing appreciation for how crucial and important the whole session was. Mr. V.A Chikanda, Principal Lecturer at the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy facilitated the whole program in which he deliberately covered the concept of Diplomacy: Its place and role in service delivery which enlightened the folks on the issue of negotiation in order to reach a consensus with clients. The workshop held by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy is part of the Capacity Development Programme for Government departments and Parastatals.
