Capacity Development Customer Service Training for Africa Business Women Association
A Capacity Development Customer Service Training workshop was conducted for the Africa Business Women Association (ABWA) on 10 March 2022. Mr. V. A Chikanda a Diplomacy, Protocol Business Etiquette and Professional Grooming Academic at the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy facilitated the workshop. The Training covered the following ; Scope, Essence and foundations of Customer Service, practical nexus between customer service and Business Etiquette, Protocol dimensions of customer service, Customer Service, Handling complaints and Difficult customers, the Impact of Professional Grooming and Deportment on Customer Service Delivery, Professional and Practical hygiene, Impression and Perception, Image management, Appropriate Business and Social Etiquette in Customer Service amongst others. Mrs. S. Freddy, CEO of the ABWA, opened and closed the Workshop. The workshop also anchored on snap Grooming tips; the creation of first positive impressions and memorabilia for customer retention.
Customer Services workshops are Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy training projects aimed at assisting Companies, Ministries, Cooperates, Organizations etc., to fulfill their mandates.
