The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy conducted a Mentorship coaching programme for Magamba Network on the 28th of February 2020. The training was part of an induction programme for the new office bearers for Magamba Network which strive for a democratic and just Zimbabwe through participatory democracy, strong alternative media, a sustainable environment and a thriving creative economy. The workshop covered topics inclusive but limited to the essence of good corporate governance, principles of good corporate governance, roles and functions of board members, effective corporate communication, organizational ethics and culture including duties of the board and professional ethics associated with oversight functioning of Magamba Network.
