Cresta Hotels Staff benefits from Diplomacy, Protocol, Etiquette, Grooming, Customer Care and Professional Branding Workshop

The Cresta Oasis hotel hosted a Capacity building training in Diplomacy, Protocol, Etiquette, Grooming, Customer Care and Professional Branding from the 18th to the 20th of June 2024. The program was facilitated by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID).

The workshop covered topics such as International Diplomatic State and Social Protocol Hospitality; Diplomatic Practices in handling VIPs; Business and Social Etiquettes; International Dining Etiquettes; Effective Communication and Cross-Cultural Communication Dimensions; Effective Customer Service Etiquettes for the Hospitality Industry; Grooming, Deportment and Dressing for Hospitality Staff, Professionalism, Image and Self-Projection of the Cresta Brand; Professional and Personal Branding. Mr V.A Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Diplomatic Protocol and Professional Grooming Academic, facilitated the coaching.

The course was a Capacity Building program designed for the hotel industry and participants not only left with Golden Certificates but with a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to apply in their professional lives.
