DIPLOMACY, PROTOCOL, ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL GROOMING TRAINING FOR THE PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF ZIMBABWE

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy conducted a One–Day Accelerated Capacity Development Mentorship Training in Diplomacy, Business Etiquette, Protocol and Professional Grooming for the PRAZ. The training was geared to enhance service delivery expertise for PRAZ Executives, Administrative and Legal officers. The workshop imbued participants with apt Business Protocol, appropriate Business Etiquettes, Customer Service Delivery Techniques, Professional Grooming, Deportment and Dressing guidelines.

The Institute offered three scholarships to three participants at the end of the workshop. Mr. V.A. Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Protocol and Grooming academic facilitated the workshop.
