Regulating Professional Standards with Diplomacy, Professionalism, Etiquettes and Professional Grooming. 

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) hosted an intensive one-day Diplomacy, Business Etiquettes and Professional Grooming workshop for the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) staff. The workshop imbued staff with skills to apply diplomacy, protocol intelligence, appropriate guidelines in business etiquettes and foundations of professional grooming, deportment and dressing.

Mr. V. A. Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Business Etiquettes and Professional Grooming Academic at the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy facilitated the coaching. The workshop covered various business diplomacy areas and was not limited to essential dimensions in Business Protocol, Professional Grooming, Decorum and appropriate Business Etiquettes.

The training is part of the capacity development programmes for African civil and corporate establishments.
