Hivos-People Unlimited benefits from the Business Etiquette and Professional Grooming Coaching at the Manna Resort, Harare, Zimbabwe

Hivos-People Unlimited benefited from the Capacity Development training in Business Etiquettes, Professional Grooming and Diplomatic practice on 15 May 2024. The program was facilitated by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID).

The picturesque Manna Resort provided the perfect backdrop for bestowing the Hivos- People Unlimited with rare business and protocol guidelines and rules for working and engaging with Development Partners and National Governments. The Workshop centered on professionalism, decorum and professional image dynamics. The training equipped participants with essential skills for navigating the philanthropic engagements with ease and professional finis worldwide. Participants were treated to interactive sessions. Mr. V.A. Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Diplomatic Protocol and Professional Grooming Academic, facilitated the coaching.

The Workshop covered a wide range of topics including but not limited to Business Etiquettes; Professionalism, Image and Self Projection and decorum; Professional Grooming, Professional Hygiene and Cleanliness; Deportment and Dressing; Effective Speaking and Presentation Skills; Dining like a Diplomat; Communicating with Development Partners and attending official functions, meetings and events. Participants received Golden Certificate at the end of the Workshop.
