InnBucks MicroBank Call Centre attends Customer Service Training Workshop

InnBucks MicroBank, in its pursuit of excellence in customer service, attended a Customer Service training workshop facilitated by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy on the 3rd of December 2023. The training workshop equipped members of InnBucks Call Centre with skills in Customer Care, Effective Communication and Professional Grooming. InnBucks believes that customer service is an essential aspect of any business, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success of the company. Mr V. A. Chikanda, chairperson of the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy, in his captivating lectures, voiced the notion that the customer is king and should be treated as royalty. The attendees showed great enthusiasm for the training, taking part in demonstrations and discussions.
