The Mutare Bottling Company is set up for volume sales through the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy accelerated Customer Service Coaching which ran from 14-16 June 2018 in Mutare.

The Business Coach, Mr V. A. Chikanda shared apt Customer Service strategies and etiquettes for exquisite Customer service delivery.
