The Coaching on Business Etiquette and Professional Delegation conducted by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy was part of the  capacity development programmes for Northern Central District as it gears for the second school term in its main goal of producing Learners ready for Zimbabwe’s progressive future. The training on business etiquette and professionalism  was an intriguing and captivating insight for each school representative. Mr V A Chikanda, the Professional mentor, emphasized the critical need for soft skills including diplomacy, professional grooming, timeliness, teamwork, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and transparency to spruce up  service delivery in the Northern Central District. Mr Chikanda challenged participants that Zimbabwe’s future anchored on better Learners for a better Zimbabwe and that teachers were part of the solution for Zimbabwe’s economic recovery.
