Petrotrade Managers and Staff focus on exclusive Business Etiquette, Grooming and Deportment.

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) conducted a 2-Day training session, from 4 to 5 July 2024, at the Monomotapa Hotel. The coaching was tailor made for the Managers and Staff of Petrotrade (PVT) LTD and encompassed Customer Service, Business Etiquette, Grooming and Deportment.

The coaching focused on professionalism, decorum and image dynamics, essentials for corporate management and delivering customer service etiquettes with finesse.  

The workshop covered Business Etiquette; Spiritual, Metaphysical and Physical Grooming; Hygiene; Deportment and Dressing; Ladyship and Gentility in Business and Events Management Skills. The target of the program was to give corporates and professionals essential skills to thrive in the business corporate world. Mr V. A. Chikanda, Chairperson of the ZID, facilitated the training.
