SAKUNDA STAFF REFUELED TO MAXIMIZE CORPORATE EXCELLENCE THROUGH BUSINESS ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL GROOMING COACHING

The workshop for SAKUNDA focused on the maximization of corporate image potential in the business world. It enlightened the trainees on the importance of projecting a professional image to clients and trade partners in the corporate sector. The Professional coaching included topics on  acceptable Business Protocol and Etiquette procedures, Corporate Grooming and Self-projection, networking and marketing strategies as well as Professional and Personal branding. As a company that liaises with a wide range of customers, the training was also inclusive of mannerisms, acceptable codes of behavior in business practice, business cards, and the do’s and don’ts of a business meeting. The denouement of the workshop encompassed  everything to do with total appearance and communication through dressing, body language, table manners in dining etiquette. This was to transform them into competent and dynamic professionals through advising, polishing and tying up the loose ends. The coaching was also inspirational and motivational to the Sakunda staff as the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy engaged the staff in future-pacing whereby monitoring and evaluation will be carried out. The lead facilitator Mr V.A Chikanda in his final remarks emphasized the importance of projecting a personal image of professionalism and effectiveness which leads to the projection of professionalism on the part of the organization.
